How can I give feedback about the features in the Rental Inspector?

How can I give feedback?
To give feedback, simply contact our support team and provide as much information as possible. We will then make the distinction: some items will be registered as feature requests, and others as bugs.
Feature requests
Feature requests are requests for functionalities that don’t currently exist in the Rental Inspector, but which could be developed in the future. For example: an extra field in the app. That doesn’t exist yet, but it could be an interesting feature to develop. A feature request can also relate to improvements of existing functionalities.
As our customer base continues to grow, we are receiving more and more feature requests. It is not possible for our developers to build every single request. Here’s what happens when we receive a request:
The support team will bring your request to the attention of the product team.
Other customers who are also interested in this feature will be linked to the request.
Once we have updates, you’ll be the first to hear about them.
Our product managers decide which requests are developed. Their decision depends on:
The number of users asking for the feature.
The priorities of the development team.
The direction we want to take with the Rental Inspector.
Bugs
Bugs are functionalities that once worked in the Rental Inspector but no longer do. For example, if you suddenly can’t find reports in the Rental Manager, this will be treated as a bug and handled with priority. This means our developers will analyse the issue as quickly as possible.
Bugs are therefore picked up faster than feature requests, as a bug may block your daily work.
What information do we need?
The more information we have, the better we can help you. There may be a workaround that lets you continue working while our developers resolve the bug, or as an alternative for features that we cannot develop.
When sending us a feature request, please include:
In which module (app or Rental Manager) you’d like to have this functionality.
What exactly you want – what is the purpose of this functionality?
How are you doing it now? Are you using another tool such as Excel?
How should it look?
How will this functionality help your company work smarter?
When reporting a bug, please include:
In which module (app or Rental Manager) you encounter the issue.
The full address of the inspection where you encounter the problem.
What exactly happens.
When you first noticed it.
How we can reproduce the problem – please list all the steps, or send us a video or screenshot so we can investigate more easily.
Which browser and version you are using.
In the mobile app: which tablet or smartphone you are using, which version of our app, and which version of iPadOS, iOS or Android.
