Is there telephone support?
Support for the Rental Inspector and Building Inspector is available via this Support Centre and also by e-mail([email protected]). Telephone support is not offered*. Thank you for your understanding.
On this Support Center where you will find the answers to the most common questions. Tip: you can also search by keyword to find the answer faster.
Not sure what to do? Then we will be happy to help you. Create a ticket or send an e-mail to [email protected]. We aim to answer every question within 3 working days.
For a smooth support, it is crucial to include important information in your message. For example:
- Does your question deal with a rental inspection? Be sure to include the full address of the property your question is about.
- Do you have a question about a building in your Building Inspector. Then make it clear immediately which building your question is about.
- Is the app not working properly? Tell us which device (brand and type) and the version number of your operating system (iOS or Android) you are using.
- Having problems with the web applications? Please tell us which browser you are using.
- Screen shots describing your question/problem are always a great help.
One of our staff will then take your question to heart and look for the answer or solution.
*Large accounts have a permanent account manager who they can contact -also by phone- with questions.
