I did not receive the e-mail to activate my user account
If you did not receive the automatic e-mail with the link to activate your user account:
- Check your mailbox, possibly the e-mail was delivered to spam. If you find the email in your spam folder, mark it as "not spam" so that future emails from the website or platform will be delivered to your inbox
- Still no e-mail? Check with your company account administrator, he or she can invite you again.
- If all fails, then contact our support we will gladly help you out!
