I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new password via the link on the login screen of your Chapps account, click on the link ‘Forgot password?’.
Then enter the e-mail address of your user account and click send. In a few moments, you will then receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
Didn't receive an e-mail? Then please check your spam.
IMPORTANT
When you change your password, you must also use your new password in the app. Otherwise, you will no longer be able to synchronise. So first finish any pending inspections in your app and synchronise them before changing your password.
