Can I call your helpdesk?


For standard Chapps products, we provide prompt support via this Support Centre, via the contact form in our apps and software, as well as via email to support@chapps.com.* 

A hotline via phone is not available for these products. Thank you for your understanding.


Corporate customers and customers with custom-made solutions, have a dedicated customer success manager who they can contact directly -also by phone- with questions.



*We strive to answer every question within 3 business days. Our helpdesk is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all legal holidays in Belgium.
