For standard Chapps products, we provide prompt support via this Support Centre, via the contact form in our apps and software, as well as via email to [email protected].*
A hotline via phone is not available for these products. Thank you for your understanding.
Corporate customers and customers with custom-made solutions, have a dedicated customer success manager who they can contact directly -also by phone- with questions.
*We strive to answer every question within 3 business days. Our helpdesk is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all legal holidays in Belgium.
