For the Rental Inspector Pro and the Building Inspector Pro, support is provided through this Support Center and by email at support@chapps.com. Telephone support is not offered as standard.* Thank you for your understanding.

When contacting us by email, please always use the address linked to your Chapps user account. For privacy and data protection reasons, we cannot process requests sent from unregistered email addresses.


To help us assist you faster, please include details such as:

  • For rental inspections: the full address of the property.

  • For Building Inspector questions: the building name.

  • For app issues: your device (brand & model) and operating system version (iOS or Android).

  • For web app issues: the browser you’re using.

  • Screenshots are always a big help!
