I can't find a property in my app!?


The Rental Inspector app contains only those properties for which you, as executor, have already done inspections. So in the app, you will never automatically see all properties within your organisation, as you can see in the Rental Manager.


So if you've never done a rental inspection for a property before, you're not going to find that property in the list of properties in your app. 


Not to worry, via the Cloud icon at the top right of your property list, you can load a property from the cloud. You will then receive not only the property, but also any completed rental inspections of that property in your app. Only condition: your device must be connected to WiFi.
