Can I only sync via WiFi?
By default, the Rental Inspector app only syncs via WiFi.
There are good reasons for this:
- WiFi is generally faster and more stable than a mobile data connection. Stability is very important for smooth synchronisation.
- The data volume of a rental inspection is usually very large (think of the many photos), while monthly data limits for mobile internet are often not that generous. Therefore, we recommend synchronising via WiFi.
Do you still want to sync your device with SIM card via the available 4G or 5G connection? Then you can. All you have to do is uncheck the box next to "Only sync when connected to wifi", in the app's Settings screen:
