What is the Building Manager?

The Building Manager (https://building.chapps.com) is a 100% online software that you can use via your browser from any computer. The Manager works together with the app on your tablet or smartphone. They exchange data via synchronisation over WiFi.

In the Building Manager, you can prepare building inspections, assign them to the right employee and schedule the day and time of execution. The assignment is then automatically sent to the employee's mobile device.

Once a building inspection has been carried out, the app synchronises it back to the Building Manager via WiFi. On the Manager, all photos and a copy of the inspections performed are stored. In addition, in the Building Manager, you can also define access rights & roles. You choose who has access to which building and to which features of the app. 

Furthermore, the Building Manager offers many possibilities to personalise your Building Inspector. You can upload your own logo for use on the reports, customise the colours used for the reports, edit the checklists or create new ones, etc.
