What if I switch to a new mobile device?
Congratulations on your new smartphone and/or tablet. To 'move' your Chapps, proceed as follows:
- Synchronise the Building Inspector, Rental Inspector and/or Dorm Inspector so that all data is in the cloud and therefore you don't lose any data.
- Once everything is neatly synchronised, delete the app(s) from your old device.
- Download and reinstall the app(s) on your new device. You can find the apps via your device's App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Log back into the app(s) with your email address and password and let the app sync.
So, now you're all set to continue working with your new device.
