How can I permanently delete my company account?

Do you no longer wish to use Chapps and want to have your account permanently deleted? You can. Send us an e-mail at support@chapps.com clearly stating that you wish to delete your corporate account.

We can only accept a request to delete a company account if:

• The request is made by a user with Admin rights
• The request is made from the email address used by the Admin user in Chapps

After your valid request, you will receive a confirmation from us. Within 30 days, your company account including all data (photos, reports, contacts, objects ...) will be permanently deleted from our systems. This process is irreversible.
